Job Description:
- This job is for Legal Consultants working for us. Initially candidate will be working asd consultant and once our Law business is setup he will be absorbed into it.
- Drafting of various legal documents, business legal document
- To pursue company cases in various court
- Handling Law cases for our clients
Candidate Profile:
- Law degree from prestigious institution
- At least 5 years of experience.
- MUST have experience in followings:
- Company Law
- Banking, Finance,
- Corporate law
- IPR, Copyright
- Cyber Law
- Family Law
- Litigations
- Public Litigations
- And others
- MUST have practiced on his own in various courts including High court and also must have handled cases independently,
- Must have experience in write petitions, and public litigations
- Must have experience in drafting various legal documents
- The candidate should have excellent computer skills, knowledge of MS-Office applications (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook)
- Fluent in English, familiarity with Kanadda and/or any other local languages will be added advantage
