Job Description
- Complete recruitment activities
- Employer interaction
- Jobseeker interaction
- Develop recruitment strategy
- Manage Online recruitment activities
- Maintain Job Seekers and Employers Database
- Will identify suitable candidates quickly for client submission, screen candidates, negotiate rates, coordinate interviews, and complete relevant documentation
- Establish Contacts with IT Hiring Managers, Large IT Consulting Companies and build long-term relationships
- Recruitment of Professionals evaluated their Skill Sets and determined where they may fit best for the position
- Build strong long-term client and contractor relationships by providing excellent customer service
Candidate Profile
- MBA/Post Graduate Diploma in Business administration/Post Graduate Program in Management in Human Resource Management or equivalent preferred
- MUST posses excellent communication skills, e-mailing skills and interpersonal skills
- MUST have worked in recruitment domain
- Fresher are also invited for entry level positions
