Job Description
- To take care of all company’s legal matters
- Drafting of various legal documents, business legal document
- To pursue company cases in various courts
Candidate Profile
Law degree from prestigious institution
At least 5 years of experience.
MUST have experience in followings:
- MUST have practiced on his own in various courts including High court and also must have handled cases independently
- Must have experience in write petitions, and public litigations
- Must have experience in drafting various legal documents
- The candidate should have excellent computer skills, knowledge of MS-Office applications (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook)
- Fluent in English, familiarity with Kanadda and/or any other local languages will be added advantage
