Job description:
- Complete recruitment activities
- Employer interaction
- Jobseeker interaction
- Develop recruitment strategy.
- Manage Online recruitment activities
- Maintain Job Seekers and Employers Database
- Will identify suitable candidates quickly for client submission, screen candidates, negotiate rates, coordinate interviews, and complete relevant documentation.
- Establish Contacts with IT Hiring Managers, Large IT Consulting Companies and build long-term relationships.
- Recruitment of Professionals evaluated their Skill Sets and determined where they may fit best for the position.
- Build strong long-term client and contractor relationships by providing excellent customer service.
- In house HR and recruitment activities
Candidate profile
- Must have 3-10 years of experience in recruitment business.
- Experience with Job portal/Recruitment agencies desirable
- Experience in complete recruitment life cycle in recruitment
- Successful track record in technical recruitment.
- Ability to understand the technical requirements and quickly present the profiles in time.
- Must have high levels of skill and motivation to search the talent for complex Technical requirements.
- Must have excellent communication (Written & oral), negotiation, presentation & team management skills.
